Our refund and return policay lasts 30 days. To process your refund, we require a proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped through media mail. For domestic orders, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. For international orders, please allow up to three weeks for your order to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should first meail me at
info@heathererobyn.com . Once we confirm return details, mail your product to 4001 Plumas Ct, Hayward, CA 94542.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
